In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "luky55", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the licensed online gaming entity operating the luky55 platform at https://luky55.asia, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the luky55 website, mobile interface, gaming lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services accessible at https://luky55.asia and its subdomains.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, a player account on the luky55 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by a User upon successful registration on the luky55 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's luky55 Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by luky55 in accordance with its licensing obligations, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by luky55 to eligible registered Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager using a Bonus before the Bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, return-to-player rates, and operational parameters governing each individual game available on the luky55 Platform, as published within the respective game interface or game information page.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law, as updated by luky55 from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the luky55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific Game Rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between luky55 and each User. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, logging into an existing Account, or otherwise accessing luky55 services after the effective date of these Terms, you are deemed to have given your fully informed, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

luky55 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In order to register, maintain an Account, and use any service offered by luky55, a User must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account is active. luky55 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in accordance with its international gaming licence conditions.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing, depositing, or playing on the Platform.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luky55, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• Not be self-excluded from the luky55 Platform, or excluded from online gaming through any compulsory exclusion programme operated by a gaming authority with jurisdiction over the Platform.
• Have provided truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.
• Hold only one (1) registered Account on the luky55 Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. luky55 uses technical and manual controls to detect and close duplicate accounts.

luky55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

To access the full suite of luky55 services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to luky55 during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify luky55 of any changes to your registered information by contacting the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. luky55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

luky55 is required by its international gaming licence to operate a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All registered Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. luky55 may also require KYC verification before processing any deposit, activating any Bonus, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

The KYC verification process requires Users to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the standard document for Pakistani nationals, or a valid passport for non-Pakistani residents.
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — evidence that the payment account (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account) used to deposit is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds documentation for high-value transactions, as required by luky55's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

luky55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Any documents found to be fraudulent, altered, or misleading will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

All deposits on the luky55 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luky55 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Raast. All payment methods are subject to their own terms, conditions, and transaction limits as set by the respective payment service providers.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your luky55 Account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within fifteen to thirty minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Raast transfers are typically credited within five to ten minutes.

luky55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — that is, payment accounts registered in a name other than the registered Account holder's name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. Only funds originating from legitimate personal sources should be deposited on the luky55 Platform.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by registered Users at any time through the luky55 Account dashboard, provided that:

• The User's KYC verification is fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the User's available Real Money Balance.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus funds have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold as set out in the luky55 Banking Policy published on the Platform.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. luky55 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where the compliance team has flagged an account for review.

luky55 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts in the following timelines under normal conditions: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within fifteen minutes; Raast transfers within five to ten minutes; bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank within thirty minutes. Timelines may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

luky55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits communicated at the time the offer is presented.

By claiming or opting into any luky55 bonus, you confirm your acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that bonus. Where the specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Each game, betting market, and wagering product available on the luky55 Platform operates according to its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or product page. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before placing any bet or wager.

luky55 reserves the right to declare any bet, wager, or game round void and to refund the associated stake in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunction of the Platform or game software; human error in the setting of odds or game parameters; evidence of irregular or suspicious betting patterns; or where luky55's game providers declare a round void in accordance with their own operating rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or settlement, the records held by luky55 and its certified game providers shall be considered the authoritative and final record. In the event of any discrepancy between the User's display and luky55's server records, the server records shall prevail. All game results are generated by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer action in the case of live casino games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luky55 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with luky55.
• Accessing the Platform using the identity of another person, or using payment methods registered in the name of a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or depositing funds derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage or to automate play.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit Platform vulnerabilities, or coordinate betting in a manner that constitutes fraud against luky55.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are placed on the luky55 sportsbook.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise compromise the security or technical integrity of the luky55 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luky55 support staff or other Users in any manner.

luky55 is unequivocally committed to the promotion of safe, responsible, and informed gaming. We recognise that, for a minority of players, gambling can cease to be a form of entertainment and can become a problem. luky55 takes this responsibility seriously and provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Users.

The following responsible gaming controls are available through the User's luky55 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount a User may deposit into their luky55 Account.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum net losses a User may incur within their luky55 Account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrictions on the maximum duration of continuous gaming sessions, with optional reality check pop-ups.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the User cannot access their Account or deposit funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the luky55 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to and including a permanent lifetime ban. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All Users must be at least 21 years of age. luky55 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification. All content available on the luky55 Platform, including but not limited to the luky55 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, source code, user interface design, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video, is the exclusive intellectual property of luky55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luky55 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No User acquires any ownership rights over any content or software on the Platform by virtue of accessing or using it.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any luky55 content, brand, or software — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky55 shall not be liable to any User for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or failure of the luky55 Platform or any game software, whether caused by technical malfunction, maintenance, cyber-attack, or any other cause.
• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill suffered by a User in connection with using or being unable to use the luky55 Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by circumstances beyond luky55's reasonable control, including payment service provider delays, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.
• Any unauthorised access to a User's Account attributable to the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any reliance by a User on information, odds, statistics, or content provided on the luky55 Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.

A User may request closure of their luky55 Account at any time by contacting the luky55 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within forty-eight hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method.

luky55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months; or where required to do so by a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Where an Account is closed by luky55 due to a breach of these Terms or for any compliance-related reason, luky55 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account pending investigation and resolution of the matter. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other material breach, luky55 reserves the right to permanently forfeit all Account funds and to pursue recovery of any losses suffered by luky55 through all available legal means.

luky55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this document.

Where luky55 makes a material change to these Terms that may adversely affect Users' rights, luky55 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, except where a more immediate change is required for regulatory compliance, security, or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the luky55 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact luky55 support to request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luky55 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and luky55, the User must first contact luky55 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. luky55 will endeavour to investigate and respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complaint submitted in writing to the luky55 support team.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction through luky55's internal complaint process, the User may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by luky55's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from luky55 support. Users retain any statutory rights afforded to them under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
